Brooke Thomson
CEO, President - Chair

Brooke Thomson is the President & CEO of AIM. Prior to assuming the presidency, Brooke led the Government Affairs team where she was responsible for designing and advancing AIM’s policy agenda and strengthening relationships with elected officials and business leaders on Beacon Hill and throughout the commonwealth – all the while ensuring that employer needs were represented at every level of the public policy-making process.

She has successfully expanded the progress AIM has made in diversifying its membership and advancing policies that support both economic competitiveness and economic opportunity for the people of Massachusetts.

Prior to joining AIM’s leadership team in 2019, Brooke was a member of the AIM Board of Directors. She also previously served as vice president of Government Affairs for AT&T and is a former senior official with the Massachusetts Attorney General’s office.

Chris Kealey
Trustee

As Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Associated Industries of Massachusetts (AIM), Chris is responsible for overseeing AIM’s Membership, Events & Communities, HR Solutions, and Information Technology teams. Chris believes in finding unique opportunities to provide value for AIM’s 3,400 member companies, which represent diverse industry sectors across the state.

Before joining AIM in 2021, Chris served as Deputy Director for the Massachusetts Business Roundtable, where he worked with CEOs and senior business leader members advocating for state public-policy solutions to strengthen the state’s long-term economy and competitiveness.

Lisi Sesnovich
Treasurer

Lisi is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience overseeing financial operations and administrative functions. Lisi is responsible for overseeing and managing all of AIM’s financial and administrative business matters.

Lisi’s professional experience spans a variety of industries, including non-profit, commercial real estate, and public accounting. Prior to joining AIM, Lisi was Vice President, Administrative Officer, at JDJ Family Office Services where she was responsible for all aspects of JDJ’s practice management, including ensuring a consistent and high-quality client-service experience, maximizing internal and external resources, and supporting the client teams. Previously, Lisi was Director of Finance & Operations at The Rashi School, where she oversaw all financial and operational matters. Lisi also served as Director of Finance & Operations at CBRE Econometric Advisors, a business unit of CBRE, where her responsibilities included direct oversight of Accounting, Human Resources, Information Technology, and Marketing.

Robert Ruddock
Clerk/Secretary

Robert Ruddock is an attorney practicing for more than fifty years in Massachusetts. He founded the Ruddock Law Office. His career has been centered on working for, advising, and representing not-for-profit organizations in Massachusetts, including Associated Industries of Massachusetts, New England Legal Foundation, PowerOptions, and Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce. This included serving as clerk for a number of organizations. His practice has included successful advocacy before state and federal executive and regulatory agencies, state and federal courts, including the United States Supreme Court, and the Massachusetts Legislature.

Mr. Rudock is a graduate of Fairfield University and Suffolk University Law School where he was a member of the law review.
